NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt dated 1ST day of SEPTEMBER, 2011, from CONVONDA S. REDDIN and KENNETH D. REDDIN to JOHNNY J. JONES, recorded in Deed Book 1688, Page 482-484, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a promissory note of even date, in the original principal sum of $5,500.00, and last transferred and assigned to JOHNNY J. JONES REALTY, INC. on July 22, 2015, recorded in Deed Book 1927, Page 437, interest from date as stated therein; the holder thereof will offer the property described below for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at GILMER COUNTY, GEORGIA within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in SEPTEMBER, 2015 The property is described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying in the 11th District, 2nd Section of Gilmer County, Georgia and a part of Land Lot 103 and designated as LOT C-183 of EAGLE'S MOUNTAIN RESORT Unit 52, as shown on survey of Burns L. Jeffries, RLS #2036, dated May 1, 1986 and recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 69, Gilmer County Records to which reference is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description as provided by Section 44-2-28 Official Code of Ga. Ann.). Also conveyed is a certain Fifth-wheel camper that has been placed upon the property.
This conveyance is subject to the covenants and restrictions as set forth in a document recorded May 17, 1984 in Deed Book 138, 448, Gilmer County Records.
The debt secured by said Deed to secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
To the best information, knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the property is presently in the possession of CONVONDA S. REDDIN and KENNETH D. REDDIN.
The property will be sold as the property of said CONVONDA S. REDDIN and KENNETH D. REDDIN and will be sold subject to all restrictions, liens, encumbrances, easements and other matter of record, if any, to which the Deed to Secure Debt is junior and inferior in terms of priority, and subject to any and all unpaid taxes of assessments relating to the property.
