NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Ann G Hurley and Craig E Hurley to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First National Bank of Arizona dated 10/8/2002 and recorded in Deed Book 1046 Page 361, Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-RS9, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 64,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on September 01, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1356th G.M.D., Glynn County, Georgia, consisting of .477 acres, more or less, described according to a plat of survey prepared by Norman G. Blood, Southeastern Land Surveyors, GRLS # 2360, dated 10/11/99, said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point which lies at the intersection of the westerly line of the Altamaha canal and southern line of U.S. Hwy 341 and proceeding south 14 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds west for a distance of 54.65 feet to the point marking the point or place of beginning of the lands herein conveyed; thence proceed south 14 degrees 07 minutes 37 seconds west for a distance of 107.54 feet to an iron pin; then proceed north 84 degrees 50 minutes 36 seconds west for a distance of 209.98 feet to a concrete monument; thence proceed 12 degrees 332 minutes 21 seconds west for a distance of 77.69 feet to a concrete monument; thence proceed north 87 degrees 49 minutes 41 seconds east a distance of 252.43 feet to the point or place of beginning. Reference is hereby made to said plat for further purposes of description and identification of said real property and for all other purposes. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
