NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Gail B Tindall and Donnie E Tindall to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation dated 6/20/2005 and recorded in Deed Book 1705 Page 232, Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-OPT2, Mortgage-Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 237,500.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on September 01, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 27th District, G.M., in the Glynn County, Georgia, and being a part of Block F, of the re-subdivision of Block F, G, H, and I, Unit number 4 of Blythe Beach Subdivision on Blythe Island and said lands hereby conveyed being designated and described according to a mp and plat of the same, as is made by John W. Harris, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor Number 1979, and reference is made to the same for all purposes. The lands hereby conveyed are designated on said plat as "Parcel Two" and said parcel is described as follow, to-wit: To find the beginning point of the tract herein conveyed, begin at the point of intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of Midway Circle and the northwesterly right-of-way line of Parland Road and from said point running northeasterly along the northwesterly right-of-way of Parland Road, North 68 degrees 37 minutes East for a distance of 164.9 feet to the point of beginning of the lands herein conveyed and running from said land designated point North 50 degrees 35 minutes West for a distance of 110.97 feet; thence running North 39 degrees 25 minute east for a distance of 185 feet more or less to the mean high water line of Turtle River, thence returning to the point of beginning of the lands hereby conveyed on the northwesterly line of Parland Road and running along said line of Parland Road North 68 degrees 37 minutes East a distance of 108.5 feet; thence running North 25 degrees 23 minutes West a distance of 53 feet; thence running North 40 degrees 50 minutes East a distance of 103.1 feet and thence continuing along said line of the mean high water line of Turtle River; thence running in a westerly direction along the mean high water line of Turtle River a distance of 125 feet more or less to the terminus of that line heretofore described as running North 39 degrees 25 minutes East a distance of 185 feet more or less. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given). Said property is commonly known as 224 Beachside Dr, Brunswick, GA 31523 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
