NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a certain Security Deed executed by Larry McKenzie, Jr. to Albert Morrow in the original principal amount of $16,000.00 dated February 25, 2013 and recorded in Deed Book 3917, Page 545, Coweta County records, as amended, and said holder having declared the entire indebtedness due under said Deed by reason of a default in the provisions thereof, there will be sold by The undersigned as attorney in fact for Larry McKenzie, Jr. at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2015, the same being September 1, 2015 the following described property, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 66 of the Fifth Land District of Coweta County, Georgia, being Lot No. 14, Block C of Meadowview Subdivision, a plat being recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 159, Coweta County, Georgia records, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of non-payment thereof. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale. Said property will be sold as the property of Larry McKenzie, Jr. and subject to outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or easements and/or restrictive covenants appearing of record, if any, and the proceeds of said sale applied as provided in said deed.
