CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COWETA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Jonathan R Staples and Heather M Morrow to Mortgage Electronics Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. dated 10/28/2009 and recorded in Deed Book 3512 Page 611, Coweta County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 135,401.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on September 01, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 214 of the Fifth Land District of Coweta County, Georgia and being identified as Lot B-1 of Happy Valley Estates, Phase B, as shown on plat of survey recorded in Plat Book 66, Pages 55 - 56, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia; to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular and accurate description of the property conveyed herein. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
