NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, FANNIN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Carrie Thomas Martin and Aaron Martin to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation dated 4/3/2007 and recorded in Deed Book 785 Page 407, Fannin County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-6, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-6, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $282,012.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Fannin County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on September 01, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 9TH DISTRICT AND 2ND SECTION OF FANNIN COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING A PART OF LAND LOT NO. 165 AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS CONTAINING 3.019 ACRES AS SHOWN BY THAT CERTAIN PLAT PREPARED FOR CARRIE THOMAS MARTIN DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2003, BY ROGER L.
