TO: Robert Cupp And Jacqueline Marie Cupp, Any Occupant Of The Property Being 2689 Pedenville Road, Concord, Pike County, Georgia, And All Persons Unknown Who Claim Or May Claim Adversely To The Title Of Grapejuice, LLC In And To The Property Described Below.
Take Notice That:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 240 of the 9th Land District of Pike County, Georgia, and being more particularly shown and designated as Area: 2.124 Acres, on a plat of survey entitled “Property Survey for Williams H. Hardinâ€, prepared by Kenneth E. Presley, RLS, dated October 12, 1990, a copy of which said plat is recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 226, of the Superior Court records of Pike County, Georgia, and which said plat, together with the metes, bounds, courses and distances shown thereon with respect to said property, is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as fully as if set out herein.
This conveyance is made subject to all zoning, covenants, ordinances, easements, rights of way and restrictions of record affecting said bargained premises.
Will expire and forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th day of August, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of July, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Spalding County in Deed Book 968, page 260.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 20th day of August, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: C/O Beck, Owen & Murray, Attn: Stephanie W. Windham, 100 S. Hill Street, Suite 600, Griffin, Georgia 30223.
