GEORGIA, GILMER COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN DEED TO SECURE DEBT By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt dated March 19, 2010, from Ronald K. Combs, Jr. to Valeri J. Love, and recorded in Deed Book 1603, page 209, Gilmer County Records; said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a promissory note of even date, in the original principal amount of $287,000.00, with interest from date as stated therein; the holder thereof, Valeri J. Love, will offer the property described below for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at Gilmer County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2015. The property is described as follows: THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN LAND LOTS 123 AND 124, DISTRICT 6, SECTION 2, GILMER COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 4 CONTAINING 6.11 ACRES AS SHOWN ON THE FINAL SURVEY FOR ANN G. LEGG ESTATE RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 126-132, GILMER COUNTY RECORDS. SUBJECT TO COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD. which currently has the address of 10610 Doublehead Gap, Ellijay, GA 30536. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale including attorney's fees. To the best information, knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the property is presently in the possession of Ronald K. Combs, Jr. The property will be sold as the property of said Ronald K.
