STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GILMER NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt dated 1st day of October, 2014, from DANIEL RAY SHERRILL and LORETTA SHERRILL to JOHNNY J. JONES, recorded in Deed Book 1884, Page 148-152, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a promissory note of even date, in the original principal sum of $14,400.00, and last transferred and assigned to JOHNNY J. JONES REALTY, INC. on April 28,2015, recorded in Deed Book 1914, Page 54-71, Gilmer County, Georgia Records, interest from date as stated therein; the holder thereof will offer the property described below for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at GILMER COUNTY, GEORGIA within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in AUGUST, The property is described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 26th District, and 2nd Section of Gilmer County, Georgia, and a part of Land Lots 75, 106, and 107, and designated as Lot 10 of Rodgers Creek Properties, Unit I, as shown on survey of Bums L. Jeffries, G.R.L.S. No. 2036, dated August 10, 1988, and recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 29A-C, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description as provided by § 44-2-28 Official Code of Georgia Annotated (29-423 Ga. Code Ann.) Also conveyed is a 1967 12x56 mobile home and all improvements placed upon the property The property has the current physical address of 386 Almond Circle. The debt secured by said Deed to secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees. To the best information, knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the property is presently in the possession of DANIEL RAY SHERRILL and LORETTA SHERRILL.
