Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 44-3-232(c) of the Georgia Property Owners Act and the Writ of Fieri Facias entered by the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia on March 31, 2015; Civil Action No. 14-A-05891-5 and in favor of Rivermoore Park Community Association, Inc. plaintiff and against George M. Warren III and Laurie A. Warren, defendants, the below described property will be sold at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse doors in Gwinnett County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in August, 2015 to wit: August 4, 2015.
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 279 OF THE 7 DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 102, BLOCK A, RIVERMOORE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 78 AND REVISED PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 19, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION. SAID PROPERTY BEING KNOWN AS 4504 ALLEN HOLLOW PLACE ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING PROPERTY IN GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA.
Said property having been found to be in the possession of the defendants, George M. Warren III and Laurie A. Warren and levied upon as the property of the defendant in accordance with the Writ of Fieri Facias stated above.
The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, rights-of-way, easements, protective covenants or restrictions, liens, and other superior matters of record, which may affect said property.
The sale will be conducted subject to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
