CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Charles & Krista Massey requesting a Variance of 3' under Article 4 Section 45 Yard Requirements of Accessory Building. Said property is located at 12 Marina Court, Newnan, GA. The meeting will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 184 of the Fifth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 0.88± acres and being in more particularly identified on the plat of property dated 10/10/14 prepared by S.A. Gaskins & Associates, LLC said plat of record in Plat Book 86, Page 13, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
