CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by William & Cheryl Drury requesting a Variance of 20' under Article 7 Section 72 Item 5. Said property is located at 5116 Lower Fayetteville Road, Newnan, GA. The meeting will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 132 & 133 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 35.42± acres and being in more particularly identified on the plat of property dated 09/27/74 prepared by John Christopher, said plat of record in Deed Book 3769, Page 693, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
