NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, GLYNN COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Samuel E Scott Jr and Sonja A Reed to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Silverton Mortgage Speacilist, Inc. dated 3/29/2013 and recorded in Deed Book 3140 Page 383, Glynn County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 209,312.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 04, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT, OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 1356TH G.M. DISTRICT, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT BY PHILLIP JACKSON, JACKSON SURVEYING, INC., REGISTERED SURVEYOR NO. 2804, DATED JUNE 14, 2007, AND RECORDED IN PLAT DRAWER 30, MAP 90-91, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS AS LOT THIRTY-THREE (33), LEXINGTON PLACE SUBDIVISION, PHASE III. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT AND THE RECORD THEREOF FORALL PURPOSES OF FURTHER DESCRIPTION AND IDENTIFICATION.
