NOTICE OF
FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
TO: Any person claiming any interest in the property described below, including Bryce Homes, Inc., Timothy E. Butler, Branch Banking and Trust Company, Stone Haven Community Association, Inc., SunTrust Bank successor by merger to First National Bank of Gwinnett
Take notice that, pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 48-4-45, the right to redeem the following described property together with the improvements thereon, to wit:
All that parcel of land being in Land Lot 261 of the 15th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 39, Block A, Stone Haven, Unit 1A (f/k/a Palm Creek Hills), as per plat recorded in Plat Book 114, pages 114-117, Gwinnett County Records, said plat being incorporated herein by reference thereto.
As described in Deed Book 46471, page 531. Further described as Map & Parcel R5261049.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 10th of August, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of April, 2014, and is recorded in the public deed records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of GWINNETT County, Georgia in Deed Book 52893, page 895. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 10th of August, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
