NOTICE OF
FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
TO: Any person claiming any interest in the property described below, including Solid Rock Equities and Inglenook, Inc.
Take notice that, pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 48-4-45, the right to redeem the following described property together with the improvements thereon, to wit:
All that parcel of land being in Land Lot 27 of the 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 17, Block A, The Moorings-Executive Subdivision, Unit Two, per plat recorded in Plat Book 36, page 118, Gwinnett County Records, said plat by this reference being incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more detailed description.
As described in Deed Book 3718, page 185. Further described as Map & Parcel R6027156.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 10th of August, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of April, 2014, and is recorded in the public deed records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of GWINNETT County, Georgia in Deed Book 52893, page 885. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 10th of August, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
