Thomas to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Citibank, N.A., its successors and assigns, in the original principal amount of $92,904.00 dated 01/22/2013, and recorded in Deed Book 3908, page 385, Coweta County records, said Security Deed being last transferred and assigned to CitiMortgage, Inc. in Deed Book 4159, page 240, Coweta County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door in said County, during the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday of August, 2015 by CitiMortgage, Inc., as Attorney-in-Fact for Beverly A.
