CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COWETA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Luzola Render and Julia Lowe to Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. dated 5/15/2002 and recorded in Deed Book 1910 Page 608, Coweta County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2002, 2002-CB4 Trust, C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2002-CB4, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 50,400.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 04, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that tract parcel of land lying and being in the city of Newnan Coweta county, Georgia, Being Lot 29 of the Swint Subdivision, as shown in plat book Book 1, page 43, Coweta county, Georgia, Being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east side of Domineck Street which said point is 490 feet north of where said east side of Domineck Street intersects the north side of west of Washington Street and from the said point run north along the east side of Domineck Street 50 feet; thence Easterly 92 feet, more or less; thence south 50 feet; thence westerly 92 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, being improved property known as 43 Domineck Street according to the present system of numbering houses in Coweta county, Georgia The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
