AS NOMINEE FOR UNITED FUNDING MORTGAGE CORP., A GEORGIA CORPORATION dated July 13, 2009, filed for record July 31, 2009, and recorded in Deed Book 3488, Page 1, COWETA County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to WELLS FARGO BANK, NA by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3745, Page 632, COWETA County, Georgia Records.
