NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed from EMILY M. ABERCROMBIE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE INVESTORS CORPORATION dated MAY 4, 2010, and recorded on MAY 13, 2010 in DEED BOOK 2717, PAGE 85, of the GLYNN County, Georgia Records; as last assigned to GREEN PLANET SERVICING, LLC n/k/a PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC, by Assignment dated DECEMBER 18, 2012, and recorded on JANUARY 10, 2013, recorded at DEED BOOK 3099, PAGES 394-395, aforesaid records, and re-recorded MARCH 11, 2013 at DEED BOOK 3128, PAGES 178-185; conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN Dollars and 00/100 ($161,367.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of GLYNN County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first TUESDAY in JULY, 2015, the following described property: THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF GLYNN, STATE OF GA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, SHOWN AND DESCRIBED ON A POINT OF A PLAT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY M. JERRY TOMBERLIN, JR., GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NUMBER 2942, DATED APRIL 7, 2006, AND BEING RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT CABINET C-2, PAGE NUMBER 181, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS ALL OF LOT TWENTY (20), MAGGIES RIDGE SUBDIVISION, PHASE TWO (2). The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments as required by said Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney?s fees having been given) and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
