STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF Glynn NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Security Deed, dated April 23, 2007, executed by Wesley V. Wayne and Carrie P. Wayne to ABN Amro Mortgage Group, Inc., recorded in Deed Book 2209, Page 394, Glynn County, Georgia Deed Records, and securing a Note in the original principal amount of $204,000.00, said Security Deed last having been assigned to GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, the current holder thereof, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness evidenced by the Note immediately due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Security Deed, will, on the first Tuesday in July, 2015 to-wit: July 7, 2015, during the legal hours of sale, before the Glynn County Courthouse door, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property: All that lot, tractor parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 27th G.M.D. , Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to a plat of survey prepared by Charles H. Tomberlin and Associates, certified by Charles H. Tomberlin, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2973, dated November 15, 2004, entitled "Final Plat of Somersby Pointe Subdivision, Phase Three", and being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Glynn County, Georgia, in Plat Cabinet 2, as Map No. 44, as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED THIRTY (30), PHASE THREE (3), SOMERSBY POINTE SUBDIVISION, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA. Reference is hereby made to the said plat and to the record thereof for further purposes of description and identification of said property and for all other purposes. Together with all and singular the rights, members, easements, and appurtenances unto the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
