Sale Under Power Contained In A Real Estate Deed
To Secure Debt
Georgia, Pike County:
By virtue of the power and authority contained in a Real Estate Deed To Secure Debt and under the power of sale contained therein, executed by Albert Randolph Allgood And Marsha D. Allgood To The First National Bank Of Barnesville, dated January 28, 2010, Â and of record in Deed Book 819, Page 155, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Pike County, Georgia, which said Real Estate Deed to Secure Debt was assigned to United Bank by Receiver's Assignment of Note and Security Deed dated November 29, 2010, of record in Deed Book 846, Page 99, said Clerk's Office, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse doors in the City of Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, the following described real estate, to-wit:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Land Lots 161and 192 of the 1st Land District of Pike County, Georgia, and being more particularly shown and designated as Lot 52 - 1.09 Acres on a Plat of Survey entitled “Final Plat of Brown Station Subdivisionâ€, dated December 22, 2004, prepared by S. J. Reeves & Associates, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 32-35, Pike County Superior Court Records, and which said plat is incorporated herein by reference.

The indebtedness secured by said Real Estate Deed To Secure Debt having become in default, said real estate will be sold as the property of Albert Randolph Allgood and Marsha D. Allgood, subject to any and all unpaid taxes and assessments, and other restrictions and easements of record, if any, and the proceeds of such sale will be applied to the payment of the principal and interest of said indebtedness, and the cost of this proceeding, including attorneys' fees, and the balance, if any, shall be paid over to the party or parties entitled thereto.
An Order modifying the stay in bankruptcy was entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia on May 4, 2015, in Case No. 14-11903-WHD
