Of Right to Redeem
To: Davis, Donna E, David G Estate and any Heirs known and unknown or any parties with legal interest known or unknown. Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described properties, to wit: 1) All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 071009P, Lot 15, being 1.56 acres more or less shown in Plat Book 29, Page138. Further described in Deed Book 16T, Page 326. 2) All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 071009Q, Lot 16 being 1.60 acres more or less shown in Plat Book 29, Page138. Further described in Deed Book 16T, Page 326. Both 1) Lot 15 & 2) Lot 16 are located on Windy Hill CT in the City of Arcade, Jackson County, Georgia, in the 245th GMD, in Jackson County Deed Records will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 10th day of July, 2015. The tax deeds to which this notice relates is dated 3rd day of June 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, on June 30, 2014 in Deed Book 0068R, Pages 0526, 0527, 0528, 0529. The property may be redeemed at any time before 10th July, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
