Foreclosure
Of Right to Redeem
To: Jesse Wiley a/k/a Jesse Wiley Estate and any Heirs known and unknown or any parties with legal interest known or unknown. Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 061010 all in the City of Maysville, Jackson County, Georgia, in the 465th GMD, being 4.01 acres more or less on Factory St. Being tracts 1 & 2 as shown in Plat Book 45, Page 54. Or as further described in Deed Book 14L, Page 386 in Jackson County Deed Records will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 10th day of July, 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated 3rd day of June 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, on June 30, 2014, in Deed Book 0068R Page 0530-0531. The property may be redeemed at any time before 10th July, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
