NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Virginia K Schrimsher f/k/a Virginia K. Dupree and William Michael Schrimsher to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns dated 04/13/07, recorded in Deed Book 2215, Page 493, GLYNN, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3062, Page 362, GLYNN County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $339,750.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of GLYNN County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on 07/07/15, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, and being on the Island of St. Simons therein located in that certain subdivision well known as Lincoln Field Subdivision, being identified as all of Lot Fifteen (15), being more particularly described according to the map of said subdivision made by John H.
