Notice of Right to Redeem Real Property from Tax Sale
Lot 176, Rodgers Creek Properties, Unit IV, Gilmer County, Georgia

To: Peggy Ann West and any other parties with an interest in the captioned real property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying in the 26th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, and a part of Land Lots 74, 75 & 107 and designated as Lot 176, of Rodgers Creek Properties, Unit IV, as shown on survey of Burns L. Jeffries, RLS #2036, dated December 20, 1988 and recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 146, Gilmer County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate legal description; together with all improvements, fixtures, shrubbery and appurtenances thereto.
This conveyance is subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Rodgers Creek, dated August 25, 1988 and recorded in Deed Book 228, Page 271, Gilmer County Records.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of July, 2015.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated April 1, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 1863, pages 327-328, Office of Clerk of Superior Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of July, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
