NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM

Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District and 2nd Section, of Fannin County, Georgia, bounded as follows:
Beginning at or near culvert on the North side of State Highway No. 60; thence up hollow with old road to the cemetery road; thence with the cemetery road to the Cutcane Road; thence with said Cutcane Road running South to the highway; thence with said highway running Northeast to the point of beginning, being part of Land Lot No. 196 and containing two (2) acres, more or less. The above described property is generally known as the Mr. & Mrs. William J. Rose homeplace property.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the cemetery road is to stay open at all times.
The above described property is the same property conveyed to Mr. & Mrs. William Rose by Warranty Deed dated June 1, 1957, from D. O. Milholland, said deed being recorded in Deed Book 33, Page 473, Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia.
To have and to hold, the said bargained premises, together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple.
As described in Deed Book 183, page 482. Further described as Map & Parcel MB01043. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of August, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of October, 2012, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1074 at pages 459-460.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of August, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
