“NOTICE” GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY SWAINSBORO, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Elex Bell Jr. to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of : 2013 and 2014, in the initial tax amount of $ 650.77. Final amount may include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when you pay the tax. All those lots or parcels of land lying, situate, and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, designated as Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 27 of the division fo the property of Edwin F. Flanders, as shown by plat made by Henry Watterson, Surveyor, dated August 15, 1967, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Plat Book 4, page 160; reference to said plat is made for a more minute description of the property conveyed herein, and said property is the same as that described in Warranty Deed from Edwin F. Flanders to R. P. Riner, dated September 30, 1967, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Deed Book FD, pages 65-66. ALSO: All that lot or parcel of land lying, situate, and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, designated as Parcel No. 3 on plat made by J. D. McLeod, Surveyor, dated September 16, 1971, which is recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Plat Book 6, page 224. Said parcel No. 3 is a 20-foot strip of land adjacent to Lots 19 through 23 of the Subdivision of the property of Edwin F. Flanders, and is the same property as that conveyed to R. P. Riner by the City of Swainsboro by deed which is of file and record in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court. (095C-036) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in July, 2014, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 21st day of May 2015.
