“NOTICE” GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY SWAINSBORO, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Amanda Lynn Peebles to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of : 2013 and 2014, in the initial tax amount of $ 2968.95. Final amount may include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when you pay the tax. All that tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements located thereon, situate lying and being in the 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia and in the City of Swainsboro, containing 4.12 acres of land as shown on a plat prepared by Walter K. Maupin, Surveyor, dated February 22, 1970 and recorded in Plat Book 9, page 131 of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said Plat is, by express reference incorporated herein for a more full, complete and accurate description of said property. Said property being bounded now or formerly as follows: Northeast by land of Virgil Stevens, land of E. 0. Renfroe, land of Leroy Williams: Southeast by Elmer Street; Southwest by Industrial Way; and Northwest by land of the City of Swainsboro. Being the same land conveyed by the Development Authority of Emanuel County to Manufacturing Services, Inc. on October 19th, 1984 as shown in Deed Book IL, Page 523 of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. LESS AND EXCEPT: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing 1.436 acres as shown on a plat prepared by George William Donaldson, Surveyor, dated July 26, 2011, and recorded in Plat Book 22 , Page 282 of the Records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. Said plat is by express reference incorporated herein for a more full, complete and accurate description of said property. Said property being bounded as shown on said plat, now or formerly, as follows: Northwest by land of Emanuel County Development Authority; Northeast by land of Swainsboro Freewill Baptist Church; Southeast by Elmer Street; and Southwest by Industrial Way. Said property is a portion of Emanuel County Tax Map No. S11 Parcel 064B. Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 21st day of May 2015.
