District, Emanuel County, Georgia and in the City of Swainsboro, containing 0.344 acres, more or less, and being designated as Lot No. 33 and Lot No. 34 in the Flanders Heights Subdivision, fronting South on Pughsley Street, and being more fully shown upon a plat of survey prepared by Geo. Wm. Donaldson, Surveyor, dated March 3, 2003, recorded in Plat Book 21, page 86, Emanuel County, Georgia Records, specific reference to which is hereby made a part of this description.
