“NOTICE” GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY SWAINSBORO, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Josephine Way to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of : 2013 and 2014, in the initial tax amount of $ 205.25 Final amount may include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when you pay the tax. All that lot or parcel of land lying, situate, and being in the 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting Forty-Five (45) feet on the East side of Lewis Street and extending back between parallel lines a distance of One Hundred Forty (140) feet and the southern 45 feet of Lot 9 of the Jesse Bradley Subdivision as alley; South by Lot 8 of said subdivision; and West by Lewis Street.. shown by plat recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Deed Book CL, page 375, and is bounded as follows: North by the northern 5 feet of Lot 9 of said subdivision; East by a 10 foot Said property is the same as that conveyed to the Grantor herein from Jeanette L. Bellamy by Warranty Deed dated December 19, 1978.
