“NOTICE” GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY SWAINSBORO, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Gwendolyn P. Vaughner to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of : 2013 and 2014, in the initial tax amount of $435.15 Final amount may include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when you pay the tax. All those lots or parcels of land lying, situate, and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, combined fronting 80 feet on the North side of Gumlog Street and running back between parallel lines a distance of 110 feet and being bounded as follows: North by property of Swainsboro Housing Authority; East by lot of Daisy bell Johnson; South by Gumlog Street; and West by lot of Argie L. Jordan and being the same property conveyed by Mary Ray to Marie Lewis (Graham) by Deed dated January 11, 1943, recorded in Deed Book CP, Page 546, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia. (S33006) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 21st day of May 2015.
