“NOTICE” GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY SWAINSBORO, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of W. L. Campfield to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of : 2013 and 2014, in the initial tax amount of $ 492.66. Final amount may include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when you pay the tax. PARCEL NO.1; All that tract or parcel of land, lying , and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing seven and 81/100 (7.81) acres, more or less, and: bounded now or formerly as follows: North by lands of Lessie Twiggs and Crooked Creek; East by the run of Crooked Creek; South by Pat Calhoun Street, the middle of said street being the dividing line between this and other properties and West by Lawson Avenue. Said tract of land herein conveyed being more fully described by a plat made by E. K. Hatten, County Surveyor, dated April 6, 1937, recorded in Deed Book CN, page 316, in the Office of the Clerk cf the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, to Which plat reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description, EXCEPT one (1) lot heretofore sold to Dessie Bostick. PARCEL NO. 2: All that lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the. City of Swainsboro, 53rd G. M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, fronting on the West side of Oak Street 46 feet 2 inches, and running hack in a westerly direction between parallel lines a distance of 221 feet 1 inch to lands now or formerly pf Mary Brown, and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by lands of Nancy Harris; East by Oak Street; South by lands of-Jordan Flanders; and West by lands of Mary Brown. Said lot being the same land described in a deed from Nancy Harris to the grantor herein, dated September 14, 1935, recorded in Deed Book CL, page 373, in the Office of the Clerk of. the Superior Court of Emanuel County, Georgia, and being the same property on which there has been erected a five room dwelling. (S37-041) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 21st day of May 2015.
