“NOTICE” GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY SWAINSBORO, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Robert J. Beatty to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of : 2013 and 2014, in the initial tax amount of $ 255.73. Final amount may include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when you pay the tax. All those lots or parcels of land lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, known and designated as Lots 11, 12,13, 14 and 15 in Block "A" of the School Park Subdivision, as shown on Plat of Survey made by Frank J. Ford, Surveyor, dated October 25, 1955 and recorded in the Office of Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court in Deed Book DR, page 1A, to which reference is made as a part of this description. Said Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 combined front on the Northeastern side of Gumlog Road and are bounded on the Northwest by Lot 16 of said block and subdivision, now lands of J.L. & C., Inc. and lands formerly of Mrs. Ralph Smith; Northeast by Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of said block and subdivision; Southeast by Lot 10 of said block and subdivision, being the lands of Annie Ruth Washington; and Southwest by Gumlog Road. Said property is a portion of that described in a Warranty Deed dated October 26, 2000 from Ruth Lynn McMillan afkla Mrs. Will McMillan, Jr. to Ulysses Sam Leslie, which is recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book 150, pages 582-584. The above described property was conveyed by the following deeds: 1. Executrix Deed from the Executrix of the Will McMillan, Jr. Estate to Ruth Lynn McMillan, dated July 31, 1996, recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book 87, pages 106-114. 2. Sheriff's Tax Deed from the Emanuel County Sheriff, as Attorney-In-Fact for Melton Washington to Will McMillan, Jr., dated march 2, 1985 and recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book IP, pages 269-271. 3. Warranty Deed from Ellie Clarke to Melton Washington, dated June 21, 1977, recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book GD, page 718. 4. Warranty Deed from Will McMillan, Jr. to Ellis Clarke, dated August 19, 1974, recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book GI, page 495. 5. A one-half undivided interest in Lots 13, 14 and 15 was conveyed by Warranty Deed from Bobby L. Ware to Will McMillan, Jr., dated April 19, 1971 and recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book FR, page 434. 6. Lots 13, 14 and 15 were conveyed by Warranty Deed from Sol Chance to Bobby Ware and Will McMillan, Jr., dated March 27, 1965, recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book DS, page 96. Lots 11 and 12 were conveyed by Warranty Deed from the Emanuel County Board of Education to Mrs. Will McMillan, Jr., dated November 15, 1955, recorded in Emanuel County Records in Deed Book DR, pages 154-155.
