“NOTICE” GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY SWAINSBORO, GEORGIA Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Clarence Kelvin Bradford, to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of : 2013 & 2014, in the initial tax amount of $1084.38 Final amount may include additional cost and interest. This can only be calculated when you pay the tax. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53rd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, as shown on a plat prepared by J.D. McLeod, Surveyor, dated January 8, 1966, recorded in Plat Book 3 page 240, Emanuel County records, and to which plat reference is hereby made for a more full, complete and accurate description of said property. Said property Beginning at a point on the southeastern side of Lucky Street located 516 feet S56°, 10" W from the southwest corner of the intersection of Lucky Street and Green Street in said city; thence, turning and running S33°, 26"E for a distance of 284 feet to a point; thence, turning and running S56°, 10"W for a distance of 50 feet; thence, turning and running N33°, 26"W for a distance of 284 feet to a point on the southeastern side of Lucky Street; thence, turning and running along the right of way edge of Lucky Street N56°, 10"E for a distance of 50 feet to the point of beginning. (S24004) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, between the legal hours of sale in order to satisfy said tax this 21st day of May 2015.
