NOTICE TO BAR RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
GEORGIA, DODGE COUNTY.
TO: ROBERT BRICK, ET AL
TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property to wit:
Map and Parcel # E22 80
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 8 of the 5th Land District, City of Eastman, Dodge County, Georgia, containing 15.39 acres, more or less, according to a plat of survey dated January 15, 1988 and prepared by Jim Ross, Dodge County Surveyor, for Robert J. Brick, Richard G. Rowen and Paul B. Poetter, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 22, Folio 202, Clerks Office, Dodge Superior Court. Said Plat and the recorded copy thereof are hereby made a part of this description by reference thereto in aid of a more complete and accurate description. This being the same property that was sold by Larry A. Miller, Ex-Officio Sheriff & Tax Collector of Dodge County to Milton Deloach as filed for record in Deed Book 274, Pages 303 and 304 in the Clerks Office, Superior Court of Dodge County, Georgia.
Will forever expire and be foreclosed and barred on or after July 15, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of February, 2013, and was recorded April 3, 2013 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Dodge County, Georgia, in Deed Book 730, Page 98. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of July, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 5425 Anson Avenue, P.O. Box 130, Eastman, Georgia 31023.
