gpn 11 FORECLOSURE ADVERTISEMENT GEORGIA DODGE COUNTY Will be sold before the Courthouse door in Dodge County, Georgia during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2015 under the power of sale contained in a Security Deed from TOMEKA LATERELL SALTER to CASH IT MACON, LLC, dated November 28, 2012, recorded in Deed Book 721, Pages 271-2, Clerks Office of Dodge Superior Court, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH DWELLING HOUSE AND OTHER IMPROVEMENT THEREON IN THE TOWN OF CHESTER IN LAND LOT NO. 52 OF THE 19TH LAND DISTRICT OF DODGE COUNTY, GEORGIA, CONTAINING FIVE ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND BOUNDED NOW OR FORMERLY AS FOLLOWS: ON THE NORTHEAST BY THE SOUTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF PEACHTREE STREET; ON THE SOUTHEAST BY LANDS WHOSE OWNERSHIP IS UNKNOWN; ON THE SOUTHWEST BY MONTGOMERY STREET AND LANDS OF HENRY GIRTMAN ESTATE; AND ON THE NORTHWEST BY A TWENTY FOOT PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE.
