ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by CHARLIE GARY FORTSON, JR. AND MELONEY FORTSON to AMERIS BANK dated December 12, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 780, Page 174, Crisp County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the amount of Ninety Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty Seven Dollars and 97/100 ($98,167.97) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Crisp County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, the following described property:All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot One Hundred Three (103), Eleventh (11th) Land District of Crisp County, Georgia, and consisting of Subdivision Lot Fifty-one (51) in the Dogwood Hills Subdivision, and being more particularly described as follows: Being at a point on the Westerly Land Lot Line which is 1,200.11 feet South 01 degree 59 minutes West from the Northwest corner of said Land Lot 103 and proceed thence South 88 degrees 01 minutes East 240.00 feet to a point; proceed thence South 01 degree 59 minutes West 125.00 feet to a point; proceed thence North 88 degrees 01 minute West 240.00 feet to a point; and proceed thence North01 degree 59 minutes East 125.00 feet to the point of beginning.
