gpn11NOTICE OF SALEGEORGIA, CRISP COUNTYBy virtue of a power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Lisa Austin to Eutha Dowdell, Secured Creditor, dated March 1, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 930, Page 261, Crisp County Public Records; said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note in the original principal sum of Thirty-One Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and 07/100 Dollars ($31,646.07), with interest from date at the rate called for pursuant to said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, as well as any and all other indebtedness then or thereafter owing by Lisa Austin to Eutha Dowdell; there will be sold by the undersigned, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door at Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, the following described property:All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia, being more particularly described as being City Lot 8 in Block No. 102, as shown by the registered map of survey of the City of Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia. Said property is the same property described in that certain deed from Mrs. Annie P. Pitts to Carlton Lawson dated June 12, 1918, and recorded in Deed Book 5-0, Page 294, Crisp County Public Records.The debt secured by the said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of nonpayment of monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale shall be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.Said property will be sold as the property of Lisa Austin, and will be sold subject to outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, if any.Eutha Dowdell is the Secured Creditor under the Security Deed and loan being foreclosed.
