gpn11NOTICE OF SALEUNDER POWERGEORGIA, WILCOX COUNTYUnder and by virtue of the power of sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt dated March 1, 1996 from Leonard Gibson, Jr. to Wilcox County State Bank filed for record on March 7, 1996, and recorded in Deed Book 161, Page 100-101, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Wilcox County, Georgia, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse in Wilcox County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property: One-half (1/2) acre, more or less, in Lot of Land 108 in the 1st Land District of Wilcox County, Georgia, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner intersection of County Road Number 144, also known as Sibbie Road and County Road Number 108 run North 26 26 West along the East right of way of said County Road Number 144 a distance of 201.78 feet to a point; thence run North 88 56 East a distance of 256 feet to a point on the Northwest right of way of said County Road Number 108; thence run South 41 50 West along the said Northwest right of way of County Road Number 108 a distance of 248.9 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract being more particularly described as Lot One (1) on a Plat of Survey prepared by Jimmy M. Bloodworth, Surveyor, dated 7/23/1981, recorded in Plat Book 6, page 89, Wilcox County Records. Also made a part of this legal description is a Fleetwood 24X60 Double Wide Mobile Home Serial #GE056671 and GEO566732. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt is evidenced by a Promissory Note dated October 22, 2003, in the principal amount of $42,808.47 in favor of Wilcox County State Bank. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt and evidence by said Promissory Note has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of grantors failure to comply with certain terms and conditions in said Deed to Secure Debt. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying said indebtedness including all accrued and unpaid interest thereon and attorney fees and all expenses of said sale. The property will be sold as the property of, the Leonard Gibson, Jr., which, to the best of the undersigneds knowledge and belief, is the party in possession of said property. Notice has been given of intention to enforce provisions for collection of attorney fees and foreclosure in accordance with legal requirements and the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and Promissory Note.
