gpn11NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALEGEORGIA,WILCOX COUNTY.THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.UNDER AND BY VIRTUE of the power of sale contained in that certain security deed executed by Ernie Watson to Community Banking Company of Fitzgerald dated February 23, 2005, recorded March 11, 2005, in Deed Book 235, pages 340-343, Deed Records of Wilcox County, Georgia, and for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured thereby, which is now due and payable, together with the costs of sale, the undersigned will sell on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door in Wilcox County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale (that is, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EDT), the following described property, to wit:One Acre, more or less, in Land Lot Number 65 in the 12th Land District of Wilcox County, Georgia, being more particularly described as follows: Bounded on the North by lands of Olan E. Watson, South by Rochelle and Cordele Road known as Cemetery Road, West by lands of John and Wendy Patterson, and East by lands of Olan E.
