TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property to wit: A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the West end of the City of Newnan, County of Coweta, State of Georgia, and described as follows: Begin at a stake on the West side of Melson Street, run North along the West side of said Street fifty (50) feet, thence West fifty (50) feet, thence South thirteen (13) feet and eight (8) inches, thence a little North of West along the South line of the lot of Harvey Jones One Hundred Seventy (170) feet to the lot of Rhoda Parks, thence South along the East line of the lot of the said Rhoda Parks Fifty two (52) feet, thence East Two Hundred Eighteen (218) feet to the beginning point. Said house and lot being known as No. 3 Melson Street, according to the present system of numbering houses in the City of Newnan and being the house where Nancy Rowe lived for some thirty years and the same being property bought by H.H. North Sheriff sale on first Tuesday in October 1927. Coweta County Tax Map Parcel No. N08-0001-008 Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after July 10, 2015, The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 1, 2013, and is recorded on October 3, 2013 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia in Deed Book 4018 at Page 148.
