Beckom Lien Holder: Deed Book 4155 page 270 Coweta County Tax Commissioner Pursuant to Section 5-259(c)(3) of the Code of Ordinances of the city of Newnan, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Newnan on June 23, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. in the Richard A. Bolin Council Chambers, City Hall, 25 LaGrange Street, Newnan, Georgia 30263 for the purpose of considering whether the building located at 29 Wilcoxen Street is an unsafe building in accordance with standards of the Standard Housing Code.
