NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COLUMBIA COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt from FLOYD H. ANDREWS hereinafter Grantor(s), to HEALTH CENTER CREDIT UNION, dated December 9, 2009, recorded in Deed Book 7197, Pages 201-209, Columbia County Records; said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a Note and Security Agreement in the principal amount of $25,000.00; Columbia County Records; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 the following described property: ALL THOSE LOTS, TRACTS, OR PARCELS OF LAND, together with improvements thereon, if any, lying and situate I the State of Georgia and County of Columbia, being known and designated as Lot 15 of Iris Glen Subdivision as shown upon a plat of survey recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia in Plat Cabinet F, Slide 102, No. 7, reference being made to said Plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds, courses, locations and distances of said property.
