NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COLUMBIA COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from David Taylor and Caletha Taylor to Susan Lackey and Jerry Lackey, dated November 22, 2011, recorded in Deed Book 8084 at Page 260, in the Columbia County Georgia Superior Court Clerk's Office; and modified at Deed Book 9290 at Page 199 in said Clerk's Office; said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Thirty-One Thousand, Five Hundred ($231,500.00) Dollars with interest thereon provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, to-wit: July 7, 2015, the property described as: ALL that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Columbia, being shown and designated as Lot J-17, Phase Two, Section One, Windmill Plantation Subdivision, on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in PC-C, Slide 79 #1-4; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. Said property is conveyed subject to and with notice of the following matters: a) drainage easements, building setback lines, and all other matters shown on the plat of record; b) general utility easements and road right-of-way grants and easements. Said property is hereby conveyed subject to any and all other easements, restrictions and rights of way of record, including, but not limited to, easement/restrictions recorded in Deed Book 1776, Pages 1-38, in the aforesaid Clerk's Office. Tax Map & Parcel Number: 059A123 Said property being commonly known as 5327 WINDMILL PARKWAY, EVANS GEORGIA 30809. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default; this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney fees.
