NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of COLUMBIA By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from DONNA SEALY to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NLC FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, DBA THE LENDING CENTER dated August 9, 2007, filed for record November 7, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 6260, Page 21, COLUMBIA County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to BAC HOMES LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP by assignment recorded in Deed Book 7868, Page 29, COLUMBIA County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated August 9, 2007 in the original principal sum of EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($86,700.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at COLUMBIA County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, the following described property: 12-00027825 ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 25, BLOCK 'H', WESTMONT SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA, ORIGINALLY IN DEED BOOK 104, PAGE 93, SUBSEQUENTLY TRANSFERRED TO LARGER PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 63; THIS PROPERTY IS ALSO KNOWN AS 346 DEERWOOD COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING. FOR TITLE REFERENCE SEE DEED IN BOOK 2754 PAGE 276. COMMONLY KNOWN AS 346 DEERWOOD COURT, MARTINEZ, GEORGIA 30907. To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is DONNA SEALY or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 346 DEERWOOD COURT, MARTINEZ, GA 30907. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
