gpn20 Re: Tax Sale Redemption Notice Property: 289 Edwards St, Moultrie, GA 31768 Take notice that:The right to redeem the following described property, to writ: All that certain lot, piece, parcel or tract of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying, situate and being in the 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, and being a part of Original Land Lot Number 307, also a part of Lot No. 45 of the Crestwood Subdivision as shown on plat of said Subdivision in Plat Book 1, Page 61, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of said County and State and more fully described as follows:Beginning at an iron stake on the East side or Edwards Avenue, which said point of beginning is 205 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 45, thence run South along the East margin of said Edwards Avenue a distance of 66.5 feet to an iron stake; thence run East and parallel with the North line of said lot No. 45 a distance of 275 feet and to the East line of said Lot No. 45; thence run North a distance of 66.5 feet to a stake; thence run West a distance of 275 feet to the point or place of beginning. This being the same property conveyed to JEAROLD A. TUSSING in a Warranty Deed from Jearold A. Tussing, widower; James Elzy Tussing and Barbara Tussing, Bert Bud Tussing and Dian Tussing, and Jerry Milan Tussing, dated December 15, 1978, recorded Deed Book 333, Page 799, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia. Identified in Colquitt County tax records as map and parcel C046A 153. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of July 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of June, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1212, Page 0011.The notice required by O.C.G.A. 48-4-40 through 48-4-48 has been delivered to the Colquitt County Sheriffs Department on June 3, 2015 and has been served by said establishment.
