NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
TO: John Bell, Flora Bell, Robert Bell, Eddie Bell, Annie Bell Thompson, George Bell, Allene B. Ingram, Mary Lee Bell, E. J. Bell, Freddie Sawyer, Margaret Moss, Carolyn Sawyer and Princess Turner and/or all heirs and persons claiming thereunder
Take notice that: Franklin Joyner and Henrietta Joyner. The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Fitzgerald, Ben Hill County, Georgia, being all of City Lots 1 and 2, Square 11, Block 7, as shown by the recorded plat of said City on file in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Irwin County, together with all improvements thereon.
Property Address: 301 E. Oconee Street, Fitzgerald, GA 31750
Map and Parcel: B7S11L1 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 24th day of July, 2015.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of October, 2013, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 834, at page 194.
