NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by SANDRA J. DRURY to SEA ISLAND CREDIT UNION dated March 7, 2005, recorded in Deed Book 1631, Page 232, Glynn County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the amount of Fifty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($52,800.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2015, the following described property: All of that certain parcel, tract or lot of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified upon a plat of survey by Helmly and Associates, Inc., prepared by Vincent Helmley, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1882, entitled "Willow Creek Plantation, Phase One", dated December 22, 1992 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Drawer 22, Map No. 89, as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED TWENTY TWO (22), PHASE ONE, WILLOW CREEK SUBDIVISION. Said plat is by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof for all purposes of description and identification and for all other purposes. Together with a security interest in a 1995 Fleetwood Mobile Home, Serial Nos. GAFLS54A76608ET21 AND GAFLS54B76608ET21. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in said Security Deed and by law, including attorneys fees (notice of intent to collect attorneys fees having been given). Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is SANDRA J. DRURY or a tenant or tenants. Pursuant to O. C. G. The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U S.
