Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Fred Allen and Karen M Allen to dated 03/08/10, recorded in Deed Book 1602, Page 480, Gilmer, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC. by assignment recorded to be recorded in the office of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $202,500.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Gilmer County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on July 7, 2015, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 221, 26th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, and designated as LOT 12, MILLER ROCK INC., as shown on a plat of survey prepared by Burns L.
