gpn11 Legal 134 Notice Of Sale Under Power, Pike County Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Donald W. Boyd to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Security Atlantic Mortgage Co. Inc. dated 1/30/2009 and recorded in Deed Book 781 Page 315, Pike County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Bank Of America, N.A., conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 126,627.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Pike County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on July 7, 2015 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday), the following described property: All that lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land 100 of the 2nd Land District of Pike County in the Town of Zebulon, and State of Georgia, and being more particularly shown and designated as Lot 3 in Subdivision for Arlie and Linda Stokes, on a plat of survey entitled “Property Survey for Leland M. Swain”, prepared by Conkle-Lane & Associates, dated October 24, 1996, a copy of which said plat is recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 345, Pike County Superior Court records. Said plat together with the metes, bounds, courses and distances as shown thereon is incorporated by reference and made a part hereof as fully as if set out herein. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given). Said property is commonly known as 103 Quail Drive, Zebulon, GA 30295 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any. To the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party (or parties) in possession of the subject property is (are): Estate/Heirs of Donald W. Boyd or tenant or tenants.
